The story of this painting:

Representing those feelings when things happening in my life and not always goes as I wanted it so I just go with the flow, but trying to be still in control of the situation by grabbing into the energy it transmit and become stronger by expanding my boundaries.. 

This is heavier painting than usual, because of several layers of paint being applied with palette knife on the stretched canvas to give the desired effect I intended to express.

I decided to redesign my old website and open this art gallery dedicated only to display and offer for sale a selection of my original artworks I created and kept to my private collection since 1986.

Hi.. my name is Marianna Mills a Hungarian born self-taught artist, photographer, designer, entrepreneur.. a dreamer. After my divorce in 2013, I arrived to the USA seeking asylum with my two children and living in Maryland since and still waiting for our status being adjusted.. I don't know what I have done without being able to create, as art was always there for me to surrendered and give me strength to keep going..

One of the important thing I would like you to know before you consider to purchase one of my original artworks:  ..when I sell any of my original painting is an emotional process for me, as every each of them a part of my soul, but I need to sell them, I can’t keep all of them in my private collection anymore, because I am a full time artist and this is my main source of income, I am a divorced/single mother.. it's a bittersweet process, because it’s a good feeling my art will have a new home and be loved and appreciated as much why I created them.. so if you would like to contact me by email or phone prior to purchase and want to know more about the story of the painting you are considering to buy; ..please do, I am happy to hear from you ..
