Even polymer clay is very durable and flexible, but I do recomend earrings need to be treated as fragile. Please use care when inserting and removing from earlobe. Dropping, bending, bathing or sleeping with earrings may cause damage. To clean simply use a damp cloth and store away from other jewelry to avoid scratches.
